Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office via email.
General Policies
Arrive on time! If you have not redeemed your ticket(s) by the time the show begins, we reserve the right to sell your seats to patrons who are waiting in the lobby.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (North Buncombe Youth Theater).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
